1. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached.
Because we process orders very quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders are automatically processed in our system and cannot be changed.
You can still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
2. How can I return an item?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sennamae.com to receive a return number and step-by-step instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3. What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United States.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we deliver only within the United States.
5. How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor the progress of your delivery.
